Emperor Treddar[edit]
The emperor of a distant empire that only Falcor seems to know anything about. Inauspicious name, so assumed hostile - the "God Emperor" seems to be the Treddar of halfling legend, but his defeat might not have been as complete as the old tales made out...
Has legions that are loyal to him. General Andivas, The Butcher, may or may not work for him, but did serve him at one point at least - leading his personal bodyguard the 1st Legion.
The Butcher[edit]
At some point was a loyal servant to Emperor Treddar and ally of Falcor, but turned against the latter at least. Seen with the first legion, wearing black armour with a gold dragon design. Hated by Arad.
