There are rumoured to be 6 runestones, each a key to a great temple somewhere.

The Batuhan runestone was taken during the assault.

In a vision, Fulgar saw the Khann with another runestone. In the Temple of Shang-Ti, we learned that the Sun Symbol is very bad (chaos but not evil):

Runestone hung around Kharash leader's neck; seen in Temple of Prime; represents Evil/Death.

Runestone seen on Kharash Khaan and in Temple of the Prime; represents Chaos.

Runestone seen in Forest in Plane of Air; seen in Temple of the Prime; represents Neutral on Good/Evil axis (also Life/Death)

Runestone seen in Plane of Earth and Temple of the Prime; represents Good/Life and Huang-Ti

Seen in Temple of the Prime - represents Law and Shang-Ti

Seen in Temple of the Prime - represents Neutral on Law/Chaos axis.
