He resides off the Prime (Astral?) so as to not age but his base on the Prime is somewhere in the 3 peaks of the Dragorald.

Malor has a plan to survive Ragnarok that involves a deal with Wan Lung (the Negative Earth Dragon?); see extract from Hintzu's vision BW XXIV - Hintzu:
