To add a new page just type the name into the search box; if the system can't find what you want already then it will offer you the chance to create it. Otherwise, look in the address bar of your browser (the bit that starts with 'http:'); at the end of the address for any page you should find the text 'title=xxxxxx' where xxxxxx is the name of the current page. If you just change xxxxxx to any new page that you want, it will create a blank page for you to edit...
